Please join us in welcoming Brian Weber to Summit Broadband. We are very excited to announce that Brian has accepted the position of Director of the Contact Center, effective August 30th. Brian will be responsible for our Contact Center operations in Orlando.
Brian has over 15 years’ experience in customer-centric organizations, with a significant track record of success in building exceptional contact center teams, providing superior customer experience and supporting a culture that revolves around rewarding, recognizing and empowering his employees. Brian has worked in the financial, travel and telecommunications industry, including Charles Schwab, Reservations.com and over 10 years at Bright House.
Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from UCF and serves on the Board of Directors for Valencia College and the Maitland Chamber of Commerce.
