Hurricane Update for 9/4/2019


Summit Broadband’s Central Florida offices and retail location will resume regular business hours and operations at 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 5.

Our Southwest Florida offices and retail locations are open today under normal operating hours.

Our Contact Center continues to answer calls, but you may encounter longer wait times than usual as our staff has been reduced during storm closures.

In Southwest Florida, we continue to dispatch technicians to address customers’ needs. In Central Florida, normal operations will resume on September 5, and we will dispatch technicians as quickly as possible.
