SUMMIT BROADBAND OFFICE AND STORE CLOSURE UPDATE

Summit Broadband’s Central and Southwest Florida offices and retail locations will be closed September 2 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Due to the current path of Hurricane Dorian, our Central Florida operations will remain closed until 8 a.m. Thursday, September 5. Our Southwest Florida offices and retail locations will resume regular business hours at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3.

Our Contact Center continues to answer calls, but you may encounter longer wait times than usual as our staff will be reduced in some locations due to the hurricane.

We anticipate we will be able to dispatch technicians in Southwest Florida and will work to address customers’ needs as quickly as possible. In Central Florida, normal operations are expected to resume September 5.

As we continue to monitor Hurricane Dorian’s path, we will post updates if closures on additional days are needed.
