The promotion period runs from August 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025, and is designed to drive new sales for tech advisors through the 1x MRR Spiff Promotion, which will be paid upon the first paid customer invoice under the Summit Broadband Commission Policy.  Eligible deals must be for a minimum three-year agreement. Sales to Summit Broadband’s existing customers are eligible for commission only if adding new service locations and/or adding additional products and/or services.  New customers qualify for spiff. New sales requiring Individual Case Basis (ICB) discount approval may receive a reduced SPIFF payment or no payout, depending on the negotiated ICB pricing at Summit Broadband’s sole discretion. The maximum payout is $5,000 per new sale order, and the promotion applies only to the commissionable MRR base from eligible Voice (UCaaS, traditional PRI), Transport (Wave, EVPL), SD-WAN, LTE wireless, Internet, Dark Fiber, Managed WiFi, and Cloud Connect deals. Clawback provisions apply to prevent payment for canceled or non-delivered deals. This promotion cannot be combined with previous offers, and Summit Broadband reserves the right to modify terms without notice.
