Customer-owned equipment: modems, routers, phones, computers
Installation of additional wiring or new outlet locations

Is Inside Wire Maintenance an extra charge?

No. It’s included with an active Summit techPro subscription at no additional charge.

Does it cover both internet and phone wiring?

Yes. Eligible wiring associated with Summit internet and voice/phone services is covered.

What if the problem is my router or other equipment?

Customer-owned equipment isn’t covered, and a standard technician visit charge may apply if the issue turns out to be customer equipment.

How quickly will a technician come out?

After remote diagnosis, a visit is scheduled based on service need and technician availability.

What happens if damaged wiring is inside a wall?

This one is important legally: Summit technicians don’t fish walls; if existing in-wall cable can’t be reused, replacement cable is run along baseboards or another practical surface-mounted path.
