The [customer service representative] made an appointment for a technician to visit our house. As the technicians entered the house, I mentioned that we have cats, in case any of them had allergies that might be [affected]. [The technicians] told us that our cats would not be a problem, and thoroughly checked out the cable lines coming into the house—checked our equipment—and isolated the problem. While they ran their diagnostics on the system, once they had the issue fixed, our cats came by to play with them. How our cats respond to people is often an accurate assessment of their personality/character... Our cats took to all three of them immediately and played like they were old friends. My wife andI were very pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly disposition. We are really grateful for the quick resolution, as well as the great guys that [the representative] dispatched to us.
