What made you choose to work in the telecommunications space?
I had worked in several sales roles until 1994 when I was offered a position with MCI. This was my first real opportunity to pursue a career instead of just a job.

What do you enjoy about working at Summit Broadband?
I enjoy the people I work with and for, but I really enjoy having an opportunity to make a difference. I have worked for very large companies and never really felt like anything more than a name on a spreadsheet.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A sports announcer. My dad used to tell me I had a voice for radio….and a face to match.

Share a fun fact about Florida or what do you enjoy best about Florida (if Florida is not your residence)?
I enjoy the fact that I will never have to shovel snow ever again. And I love the beaches.

Orlando Magic or Miami Heat?
Neither, Washington Wizards. I am a DC sports fan. But if I had to pick one, it would be the Magic.

How do you use the internet outside of work?
For pretty much everything – I have adopted smart home technology. My car is connected to the internet. And I avoid shopping in stores at all costs – Amazon all the way.
