SUMMIT BROADBAND may have the right to exclusively market its communication services in the Premises; if so, that right does not suggest SUMMIT BROADBAND is the only entity that can provide communications services to tenants. Services from an alternative provider may be available. Subject to change. Limited to 3 credits, or $15 maximum per customer, within 12-month calendar year.

[1] Power issues, customer equipment problems, fiber cuts, natural disasters, or other acts of Force Majeure, as defined in our Master Services Agreement, are excluded. Credit will be in the form of an e-gift card for residential bulk customers.
