Effective September 1, 2025. SUMMIT BROADBAND may have the right to exclusively market its communication services in the Premises; if so, that right does not suggest SUMMIT BROADBAND is the only entity that can provide communications services to tenants. Services from an alternative provider may be available.

Requests for service credits must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying event. Eligible events include:

  • Calls with wait times exceeding 120 seconds (excluding the exceptions noted below)
  • Qualifying outages lasting more than 24 hours
  • Billing errors that qualify under our standards

Requests received after the 30-day period will not be considered for credit.

[1] Power issues, customer equipment problems, fiber cuts, natural disasters, or other acts of Force Majeure, as defined in our Master Services Agreement, are excluded.

[2] Guarantee applies to subscribers of Leesburg and Marco Island only. 120 days risk free applies to Orlando subscribers only (3 months free + 30-day money back guarantee).

[3] This only applies to calls made Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. This guarantee does not apply and credit will not be provided for calls made during the following blackout dates and when issues are caused by Force Majeure as defined in our Master Services Agreement. Blackout dates are as follows: New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November), Black Friday, Dec 24 through January 2, Christmas Day (Dec 25), Super Bowl Sunday, March Madness Kick-off, first 2 weeks of August.
(Any credit issued pursuant to this guarantee will not exceed $15 in credits per account per calendar year.)

[4] Customer must provide proof, and Summit Broadband shall verify, an account with another recognized provider and early termination fees prior to receiving credit.

[5] If eligible, all requests for credit will be evaluated and reviewed in accordance with Summit Broadband standards. Subject to change. Limited to 3 credits, or $15 maximum per customer, within 12-month calendar year.
