Promotion Period: July 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024. The Referral Partner Incentive Promotion (“Promotion”) will be paid upon completion of installation on an eligible deal. An eligible deal is a 3+ year service order agreement with a new customer. Existing Summit Broadband’s customers do not qualify as an eligible deal. Based on the negotiated ICB (Individual Case Basis) pricing, at the sole discretion of Summit Broadband, new sales that require ICB discount approval will be subject to a reduced SPIFF payment and/or potentially no payout. Maximum payout shall be $2,500.00 per new customer with a service order that considers an eligible deal for the services mentioned hereunder. This Promotion only applies to the commissionable MRR base for the following services: UCaaS, traditional PRI, Transport Wave, EVPL, SDWAN, LTE wireless, Internet, Dark Fiber, Managed WiFi, and Cloud Connect deals. Claw back provisions apply, in order to prevent payment for canceled or non-delivered deals as well as un-paid invoices. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. Summit Broadband reserves the right to alter terms without notice.
